Do orders ship free?

Only checkout confirms any free-shipping offer and final rate.

What is the expected schedule?

Processing is normally 1–2 business days; transit is estimated at 2–4 business days and is not guaranteed.

Are returns accepted?

No-reason returns are not accepted. Eligible damaged, defective, wrong, or materially misdescribed items must be reported within 30 days.

What should a problem report contain?

Send the order number, order email, explanation, and photos or video, and wait for authorization before mailing anything.
